The Rochelle Municipal Airport has used Optic Fuel Clean to service our jet and avgas underground storage tanks for two years. We have been exceptionally pleased with the quality of work that is preformed at our facility. The technology they use makes the process very safe and efficient. We do not have to open the tanks and pump them out to allow people inside to clean and inspect. The fully controllable suction hose and optic scope provide an up-close look at the inside of the tanks and the product as they clean and filter the fuel. The entire cleaning process only produces about two gallons of waste fuel compared to the 100 gallons of fuel lost when we had to open the tanks and put a person inside to clean. After discovering water in my underground storage tank, I called on the help of Optic Fuel Clean. They provided fast, professional service. A camera inspection of the tank confirmed the presence of a large amount of water in the tank. 140 gallons of water was removed.
